- We have full control over the production, all the way. If there is a problem to solve, we can be at the factory in just over one hour. In addition, delivery times are shorter and customer service is good.

Helland was founded in 1947 in Stordalen, Norway and is today one of the market leaders in high quality furnitures to Norwegian public sector and contract market.

Main clients are government, public offices, schools and health care institutions. A typical Helland client wants high quality combined with good design and functionality. Other important aspects are durability, low level of maintenance cost and precision in deliveries.

All development is handled from Norway an  in cooperation with prominent Scandinavian designers.

What are the benefits to produce in Estonia / Northern Europe compared to Far East/ Asia?
- The closeness to our main markets. Estonian companies are used to handle small orders, they have short delivery times and quality is excellent. If we need to change something, it easy and quick.

What are the most important factors when choosing a long-term supplier?
- Precision in deliveries, financial stability, competitive prices, high competence and know-how. Trust and good communication on both strategic and operative level is very important.

- Yes, Helland’s main operations are in Scandinavia and Northern Europe and therefore it has been very important to us to find a partner that has same values and business culture as we do.

- I would gladly recommend Protex to other customers. They have a high level of experience, know how and are easy to communicate with. Being a responsible partner is an example of a value both of us share, this makes it easier to address challenges together, as real partners.
