Payment

We have Klarna Checkout as our standard payment solution where you can pay by card or receive an invoice. It is also possible to pay with Vipps. For questions regarding invoices, please contact Klarna customer service at info@klarna.com or phone 21 01 89 91.

Shipping prices

Norway:
We have a fixed shipping price of NOK 89, which applies to all shipments in mainland Norway.
Other countries and Longyearbyen: 450 NOK

Other countries:
Enter your address in the checkout and you will get the shipping price before you confirm your order.
NOTE: VAT may be added to overseas shipments.

Shipment

We send the goods with PostNord on the same day if the order is received before 12 noon on a normal working day. – Deviations may occur during the busiest times.
Unfortunately, we do not send parcels on collection.
You can track your parcel at PostNord.no or inside your order if you log in to “My page”. When the item has been sent from us, an order confirmation with tracking will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Delivery:

We send our packages with MyPack (PostNord).
