Thermal overshoes, or popularly called foot bags, are a product that Mittet has developed in a quality that has earned itself to be defined as an official NATO standard. Mittet foot bags have been continuously improved in close cooperation with demanding users. The sole has been changed from high-density PU to a microporous cold-resistant and highly insulating PU sole. – This with the aim of reducing heat and cold penetration. The foot bag must fit as many shoe types as possible. Is quieter even in normal use. Weighs only 800 gr., takes up little volume and is not damaged by rolling up. Another improvement is the front opening up to the toe, including a waterproof zip and Velcro closure. This makes the foot bag easy to get in/out of. In addition, internal drawstring with quick release to close the shoes. The shaft consists of water-repellent, but at the same time breathable textile. Condensation is thereby largely avoided. At the top of the textile shaft is an elastic lace closure with a cord lock. The choice of size depends on the type of shoes you will wear them outside. Example: Nesnalobben in size 42 = overshoes in 41/42. Mountain shoes in size 40 = overshoes in size 41/42.
