Norwegian wool sole

The sole is washable, hand wash 40° C. Norwegian Wool sole – keeps your feet warm and dry. Sheep wool is a natural fiber with many good properties. Wool fiber is dirt-repellent, durable and, above all, heat-insulating. Wool also has a very good ability to absorb moisture, and insulates even if it is damp. These are qualities that make wool an excellent material for insoles. Norsk Ullsåle is an insole made of 100% pure Norwegian sheep wool. The wool fibers are tied together into a resilient felt using a needle technique. The sole has no seams and can therefore be cut if there is a need for special adaptation (such as for Nesnalobben). The underside is coated with rubber so that the sole stays in place in the shoe. The stripe that is woven in makes the sole steady and stable.
