The statement provides information about data processing carried out by the Data Controller and defines the purpose and means of the processing, as well as the data processing we perform on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that contain location information (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract such information from images on the site.

Subcontractors
The Data Controller also makes use of services provided by third parties. Below is an overview of subcontractors where information may be stored:
Vipps
If a payment is made with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for identification purposes.
Klarna
If a payment is made with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as email, name, address, and national ID number will be shared with Klarna for credit purposes.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and browsing patterns are stored.
Tripletex AS
Tripletex is our accounting system, and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here—typically name, address, orders, and invoices.
Adyen
If a payment is made with Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Adyen for payment processing.
Logistra
Logistra is our EDI solution provider. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, phone number, and address will be shared with Logistra for the printing of shipping labels and freight documents.
Bring
We ship packages with Bring and therefore share shipping-related information such as name, phone number, and address.
Postnord
We ship packages with Postnord and therefore share shipping-related information such as name, phone number, and address.
You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be requested by sending an inquiry to post@protex.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
