This project focuses on enhancing the efficiency of various processes at Protex Balti AS through automation and digitalization. These initiatives aim to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve overall productivity, leading to increased efficiency.
Project objective and result
The aim of the project is to increase the digitalization of Protex Balti AS production and thereby increase the company’s added value per employee.
As a result of the project, the company’s smart textile production line will be introduced to a software for creating test protocols, Adobe Illustrator trainings are conducted, company will switch to digital work orders, improve the payroll system, and purchase an automatic cutter, which will contribute to the growth of production capacity.
