Femundlabben is Protex’s own brand, created in response to the need for a reinforced wool felt boot, especially for dog mushers. It features leather trim at the bottom of the sole, where wear is most noticeable, and the toe area is rounded to prevent snow from accumulating. Additionally, it is closed at the front to prevent snow from penetrating. Femundlabben quickly became a favorite among those who spend a lot of time outdoors in cold winter weather.
