Vision and values

Our vision and values is our company´s foundation and affect everything we do, both internally and externally. It is an important part of our identity, mindset, inspiration and guidelines.

“It is not about having ideas, it is about making ideas happen.” This motto, adopted by our founder David Engan, has significantly influenced our development over the years and continues to make sense for us. Our vision is inspired by David’s motto:

Our values serve as a basis for symbolism and foster many associations. To clarify what we emphasize, we have described this with three sentences for each value:
